10 year lease signed by Technology Services Group

Acting on behalf of JLG Investments Ltd, Leading real estate adviser Vail Williams LLP, has successfully let 5,516 sq ft (592.9 sq m) within Chilworth Point, Southampton, a high quality office development situated at the top of The Avenue, at its junction with the M3.
The letting is to Technology Services Group, a professional IT services business with headquarters in Newcastle upon Tyne, and it demonstrates the attraction of high quality offices in a prominent and accessible location. The company has entered into a 10-year lease at the asking rental of £19 per sq ft and will be using the space for administrative purposes.
The balance of the accommodation, a further 2,034 sq ft (181.4 sq m) on the ground floor, has also quickly been taken up by the Guide Dogs for the Blind Association who have also entered into a 10-year lease at £19 per sq ft. They too will be using the space for administrative purposes although they expect some canine visitors.
