Vail Williams’ Forum Three building in Segensworth, has recently featured on BBC1’s landmark investigative TV show, Panorama.
Forum Three, (J9 M27) is managed and let by Vail Williams and current occupiers include Regus and Datacard. Tenant, Richard Taylor, Director at Automatrics featured in the ‘Track my Trash’ episode, which aired on May 16th 2011. Automatrics provide a solution to the illegal electronic waste market by fitting tracking systems onto electronic goods.
At 40,000 sq ft (approx), the Forum Three building has 21,170 sq ft of office space available and our Business Space team; who have been involved with the letting of the property on behalf of Investec for circa 3 years, are hoping to receive a great deal of interest. Vail Williams has also provided a full Facilities Management service to Forum Three for circa 2 years.
