Adding value and saving money
An important town centre site had been vacant for over eight years awaiting redevelopment. Architects had been unsuccessful in securing planning permission for a new 100,000 sq ft headquarters office building. Vail Williams’ Planning team were appointed to take the scheme to appeal and lead a team of consultants specialising in architecture, landscape, traffic, sustainability and flooding. Evidence was prepared and the appeal was considered at a three day Public Inquiry presided over by a Planning Inspector.
