Warehouse Refurbishment for Vitacress
Refurbishment of a 20,000 sq ft warehouse into a high-tech processing and inspection facility. Vail Williams worked with the project team to provide welfare and changing facilities for the 70 site based staff. The property was refurbished and altered to provide a defined route from the welfare area, through the hygiene procedure into the ‘clean’ processing area and other alterations allowed for electrical feeds and drainage for specialist equipment. All work was to a level that hygiene standards were maintained.
