Interest in Redhill io centre Soars as Completion Nears

Vail Williams LLP is pleased to announce that Teesland iDG’s io centre at Salfords, near Redhill, is nearing the final stages of construction.
With two months to go until practical completion of the development, Unit 2 has already been sold on a freehold basis at £145 per sq ft, with terms also agreed on Unit 3 on a freehold basis and Unit 8 on a leasehold basis. There is further interest in Unit 1 and Units A&B on the trade centre.
Construction of the 160,000 sq ft scheme commenced in January of this year. As the first development of this scale and quality to be approved in the Redhill/Gatwick area for some years, demand for the units is high.
Unit sizes range from 2,325 sq ft to over 29,000 sq ft and are available on both a freehold and leasehold basis. Leases are available from 5 to 15 years in order to meet the varying requirements of local businesses.
