Lettings at Blueprint Industrial Estate Show There’s Still Life in the Portsmouth Market

Vail Williams LLP, has good news for the Portsmouth commercial market in the form of major lettings at the Blueprint Industrial Estate in Dundas Spur.
Local catering equipment and furniture hire company Jongor Hire has taken the 12,552 square foot Unit 1700 at the Blueprint Industrial Estate for a headline rental of £6.40 a square foot.
Ross Moyler, partner at the Vail Williams LLP Portsmouth office comments, “There haven’t been a great deal of transactions that have breached the 10,000 sq ft mark in recent times, so this letting is a rarity for the region in the current climate. There are three fully refurbished units ready for occupation, one of which has been already been snapped up by Jongor Hire, so it seems that premises based in established industrial/warehouse areas that have benefited from high specification refurbishment, will still appeal to local business.”
The two units still available at the scheme, Units 1400 (12,400 sq ft) and 1500 (8,116 sq ft), benefit from good external yard areas to the rear of each property, minimum eaves height of 20 feet, dedicated parking areas and each is fitted with a refurbished first floor office.
