Vail Williams LLP, has been appointed as joint letting agent, on behalf of property development company Terrace Hill, for a new development of 15 self-contained two-storey offices at Aero Park, Aerospace Boulevard, Farnborough.
Set within a landscaped courtyard, the new high quality, two-storey, air-conditioned, self-contained office buildings overlook the TAG Aviation Airfield, an established facility dedicated exclusively to business aircraft. The units have been fully fitted to include carpeting, air conditioning, and Category II lighting, and benefit from private car parking. The units can be combined to accommodate larger size requirements.
The development comprises a total of 36,318 sq ft of office space, with individual units available of 1,625 – 2,975 sq ft. Units are priced from £255 per sq ft or on a lease hold basis from £19 per sq ft.
Russell Miller, partner Vail Williams’ said, “I am delighted that Terrace Hill have chosen to appoint Vail Williams in this exciting project. They have produced a number of very well designed self-contained office properties, ideally suited to the local market. There is plenty scope for growth here too; Aero Park is part of a larger site with a further twelve acres of development land available.”
Vail Williams will also be providing strategic advice on future phases of development. Hollis Hockley acted as joint letting agents.
Aero Park benefits from excellent accessibility to the M3 corridor and UK motorway network, giving access to Heathrow and Gatwick Airports, London and the major Thames Valley locations.
