Acting on behalf of top 100 law firm, DMH Stallard, leading real estate adviser, Vail Williams, has concluded a sub-lease with AWG Business Centres on Gainsborough House, High Street Crawley.
The office will become DMH Stallard’s commercial centre for the South East following the firm’s rapid expansion over the past three years.
A complete refit of this 20,971 sq ft building has just been completed. The sub lease expires in March 2023 and the passing rent is £472,884.
Tim Aspinall, managing partner at DMH Stallard comments, “We have been gradually moving our regional operation into the Gatwick office over the last couple of years. The new premises will allow us to expand further within the region as well as take advantage of the area’s ongoing development.”
Andrew Osborne, partner at Vail Williams’ Crawley office comments, ”There are a limited number of properties of this size and calibre on the market at the moment so we are delighted to have secured this deal on DMH Stallard’s behalf. The office is the perfect location for the company’s South East operation.”
