Acting on behalf of Tungsten Properties, we were appointed with joint agent SHW to market the 83, 965 sq.ft development to secure occupiers to kick-start the scheme in 2019.
The pre-sale agreement with Pets Corner will see it acquire a 43,000 sq.ft. unit at the Park, which began construction in January and is due to complete in Q3 2019.

Pets Corner was looking for a strategically positioned facility, close to good transport links which could meet not only their building specification, but also their ethical business values.

With planning for a variety of units ranging from 13,000-83,960 sq.ft., Tungsten Park will begin phase 2 of development later in 2019.

Three additional units, ranging from 10,000-20,000 sq ft, remain available for either pre-let or pre-sale opportunities.
Tungsten Park is prominently located adjacent to the A23/M23 just south of Crawley and provides great visibility, profile and access to the A23/M23 and national motorway network.
Access to the site is from a newly formed side road from the Warninglid A23 junction providing access both north and south.
A timelapse camera is providing daily updates on the industrial build due to complete in July 2019.
