Rural Premises Proving Popular in Winchester
02/10/2007
Vail Williams maintain their success in letting the last remaining unit at Upham Farm, Upham, Winchester from Penny Walker to Mandarin Kite, internal communications specialist. Mandarin Kite originally took the larger space of the two units in December 2006 and after six months decided to take the remainder of the vacant space to accommodate their rapidly growing business.
Upham Farm has been recently converted from courtyard stable buildings into brand new open plan offices, built to the highest standard. The property is situated between villages of Upham and Lower Upham approximately seven miles from the M3 at Junction 11 and five miles from the M27 at Junction 7.
Nella Pang of Vail William’s Southampton office, comments, “There are a number of businesses in the area that are looking for rural premises as opposed to the traditionally popular city centre. There has been a great deal of interest in these offices and I am happy to get the scheme completed within a year of Vail Williams taking on the instruction.
