Vail Williams LLP have boosted their presence in Guildford by moving closer to the key business community and their clients. At a party held on Wednesday 9 December to launch their new offices, at 2 Station View in Guildford, clients, business partners and colleagues of Vail Williams gathered to welcome staff to their new location.
Vail Williams, who deliver a full range of commercial property management and consultancy services to clients across the UK, have based their Planning and Development consultancy services in their Guildford office. Working closely with the Planning Office as well as consultants, architects and solicitors in commercial property, the new offices will give clients greater access to Vail Williams staff and allow stronger relationships to be built. For Vail Williams, the more central location will enable the company to have a significantly raised profile in the centre of town.
Bill Baxter, Head of Planning Consultancy at Vail Williams commented: “Our new offices will give our clients much greater access to our teams in Planning, Development and Valuation, allowing us to build a much stronger relationship with existing clients and extend our network further into the heart of Guildford.
