Vail Williams was appointed by the University of Brighton to provide property advice on the transformation of underused leisure space at its Falmer campus into a flagship sports training facility, designed to attract elite student cricketers from the UK and overseas.
Our role included advising on the lease and repurposing of former indoor tennis courts, originally part of the Virgin Active fitness facilities, while the University remained in occupation of the rest of the building. The agreement also needed to support a collaborative partnership between the parties.
