Vail Williams was appointed by industrial landlord Tritax London Logistics Fund (Tritax) to provide specialist lease advisory services in relation to a strategically located asset north of Heathrow Airport.
While fundamentally an industrial property, the building had been repurposed for data centre use. At rent review, Tritax needed robust, evidence-led advice to accurately reflect the asset’s hybrid positioning. This required deep knowledge of the Thames Valley industrial market and specialist insight into the rapidly evolving data centre sector.
