Vail Williams LLP, in partnership with Christopher Thomas & Co, has successfully sublet a two-floor office building at Bridge House, Bridge Street, Staines to EMAP on behalf of Menzies Chartered Accountants.
EMAP will have access to 3,926 sq.ft (354.73 sq.m) of self-contained office accommodation on ground and first floor levels together with basement level car parking. The lease has been granted at a rate of £89,000 per annum on a 5-year lease with a 2-year break from the tenant, Menzies Chartered Accountants. DTZ acted for EMAP.
