Held at The Hilton at Ageas Bowl near Southampton, the South Coast Property Awards attracted 59 finalists in 13 categories, with 400 property professionals attending.
Vail Williams, which has offices at 1000 Lakeside North Harbour, Portsmouth, and Savannah House at Ocean Village, Southampton, was shortlisted in six categories.
Additionally, Gary Jeffries, Vail Williams’ regional managing partner for Solent, and chairman of Solent LEP, was awarded Outstanding Achievement.
His citation read: “This award is for a stand-out person who has promoted and created success in the execution of property strategy across the region and, more importantly, has been involved with the promotion of the region as a great place in which to do business.”
