Fidell is responsible for advising business rates clients and negotiating with the Valuation Office on their behalf. With over 5 years of business rates and lease advisory experience Fidell has previous experience as a Surveyor and Key Account Manager ensuring he is well placed to handle business rates matters from a client facing perspective.
With a previous employer Fidell achieved employee of the year in 2015 and has negotiated over £200,000 worth of rateable value reduction for clients over the course of 12 months generating savings in excess of £100,000.
Fidell has acted for Rodericks Dental as a Key Account Manager and processed lease advisory transactions to generate savings in excess of £300,000. As well as
negotiating 50 agreements with the Valuation Office over the last 6 months for an array of clients ranging from blue chip / SME to small independents.
Fidell is a keen gym-goer who enjoys music and food!
