Having previously worked for Inland Revenue self-assessment debt management team, Harriet joined Vail Williams in 2009 to assist the LPA Receivership team with rent collection and financial reporting. 

She was responsible for the day-to-day accounting for all LPA Receivership accounts duties which included rent collection, account reconciliations, reporting to the various lenders including the Bank of Ireland, Nationwide and The Co-operative Bank, and reporting to both HMRC and Companies House in line with current legislation.

Harriet now works in the finance team and is involved in management accounting, budgeting, VAT reporting and credit control, assisting the finance director with ad hoc tasks as required.

Since joining the firm, she has completed her Association of Accounting Technicians (ATT) qualification and went on to study for her ACCA, which she passed in 2019. 

Ever keen to progress professionally, Harriet is now working towards completion of the practical experience requirements necessary to gain her full qualification.

In her spare time, Harriet enjoys spending time with her teenage daughter.
