Since 2011 Jayne’s role has been to lead and manage the Project Management Office (PMO) function providing a service to the corporate real estate team.
It is her responsibility to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the PMO function by operating a planned, controlled and organised environment.
The PMO follows a consistent approach, managing processes and controlling variations. This is achieved through Jayne’s excellent administrative and organisational skills.
Duties revolve around the management of corporate client reporting and internal projects, providing clear communication channels between the project, the project management team and the client. Clients that the PMO provides direct bespoke reporting to include, but are not limited to, Jacobs, Survitec, Sopra Steria, NHS Shared Business Services and Direct Wines.
The process model that the PMO operates is Prince and Jayne is qualified to practitioner level.
Jayne’s role also includes supporting CRE new business generation by providing key input to tenders/bids and attending meetings where applicable.
She is also a member of the internal CRM board, attending regular meetings and providing support and input into CRM-based projects and activity.
With the arrival of her baby, Jayne’s interests include looking forward to all the special moments ahead.
