Finn Rawlings

Finn joined the Bournemouth Agency team at Vail Williams in 2026 and is a surveyor specialising in commercial property agency, with a focus on leasehold acquisition and disposal across Dorset and the South Coast.

He advises landlords, occupiers and investors on commercial property transactions, helping clients secure the right premises, maximise asset value and achieve their business objectives.

Finn has more than two years’ industry experience, having graduated from Oxford Brookes University with a BSc in Real Estate before beginning his career in general practice at a rural property firm.

He has gained broad experience across commercial agency, commercial property valuations, rent reviews, business rates reviews, lease advisory, property management and estate planning advice.

This varied background enables Finn to provide well-rounded property advice and support clients through every stage of the commercial property lifecycle.

Now specialising in commercial agency, Finn works with a wide range of landlord and occupier clients across Bournemouth, Dorset and the wider South Coast region. He assists businesses with commercial property acquisitions, lease negotiations, disposals and strategic property advice, helping clients make informed decisions in a competitive market.

Outside of work, Finn is part of his local Army Reserve unit and is a keen sportsman with interests in running, swimming, racket sports and football.
