Frank Perri

Frank joined Vail Williams’ Lease Advisory team in 2024 as a Partner from The Lorenz Consultancy, where he had spent six years.

With over ten years’ experience supporting clients with their lease advisory needs, Frank is widely considered to be an expert in his field and has experience working across all principal sectors including offices, medical / healthcare, industrial, retail and leisure.

Throughout his career, Frank has acted for a wide range of clients from a food manufacturer occupying over 250,000 sq ft, to a high-end fashion brand occupying under 500 sq ft – whomever the client, he enjoys achieving the best possible outcomes and lease terms for them.

Based at our Woking and London offices, Frank will focus on primarily on working with clients within the Surrey and London market, working across all the major property sectors to provide clients with strategic lease advice – whether they are landlords, or tenants. He also has a responsibility to exploring new business development opportunities for the firm.

Frank is an experienced Expert Witness, and has provided evidence for Arbitration, Independent Expert and Court disputes, including in the County Court in Central London.

Outside of work Frank enjoys playing football and golf and represented the RICS Football team where he was part of the team which won the coveted 2022 Property Week Cup.
