George O’Connor joined Vail Williams in 2021 as part of our Agency team, having graduated from Oxford Brookes University with a BSc in Real Estate.

Since then, he has successfully completed his APC to become a Chartered Surveyor and member of the RICS.

Based in our Surrey office in Woking, George specialises in commercial property agency working as part of the Western Corridor Team, providing disposal and acquisition advice on both leasehold and freehold property.

He supports a wide range of clients including local authorities, pension funds, corporate occupiers, developers, and private individuals. George’s work covers a variety of commercial property in the Surrey and wider South East market, primarily including office and industrial property.

Outside of work, George is a keen sportsman. A lifelong Harlequins supporter, he also plays for Cobham Rugby Club and is currently taking up golf.
