Hannah Bennett

Hannah is a lease advisory professional, based in Southampton, with specific expertise in the retail, leisure and industrial sectors and the South Coast property market.

She joined Vail Williams in 2022 from a retail agency background at Primmer Olds with the aim of progressing her lease advisory , lease restructuring and valuation client base.

Hannah is the principal advisor to The Fairgate Group on their South Coast Property Portfolio including a 53,000 sq.ft Sainsburys Superstore in Southampton, a retail centre and a distribution unit let to UPS in a prominent Sussex town.

Outside of her professional career, Hannah is a keen equestrian rider and hands on horse owner.
