Jake joined Vail Williams in 2024 as a Surveyor in our Gatwick Agency team.

He is experienced in working in the Sussex commercial property market and joined our Gatwick commercial property agents from a large West Sussex-based residential and commercial property agency.

Jake specialises in the acquisition and disposal of commercial property, working with occupiers, landlords, investors and developers.

He has particular expertise in dealing with industrial, office and retail assets, and has been involved in a range of freehold disposals across the Gatwick region.

Jake is adept at real estate marketing and possess a keen knowledge of market appraisals, land values and development.

In his spare time, he enjoys a range of sports, including boxing and going to gym, as well as watching Chelsea football club. Jake also enjoys travelling.
