James is an experienced surveyor and commercial property agent, who joined Vail Williams in 2021 from Lambert Smith Hampton.
He specialises in the acquisition and disposal of commercial property in the South East office and industrial markets.
James takes pride in helping occupiers to secure new premises in line with their business objectives, and landlords to achieve leasehold market exposure and financial terms, through successful marketing campaigns and negotiation skills.
His current clients include Clipstone, USS, Topland Group, Mileway, Crossbay and Porsche.
In his spare time, James enjoys sports and likes to play football and cricket and is a keen fisherman. A passionate Leicester City fan, he follows the Foxes home and away.
James is also a music enthusiast and likes to attend festivals and gigs whenever possible.
