Joe Yorke

Joe joined Vail Williams in 2026 as an Agency Surveyor in the firm’s Woking office, advising landlords, occupiers, investors and developers on commercial property across Surrey and the South East.

Working across the office, industrial and retail sectors, Joe specialises in commercial property agency, helping clients buy, sell and let commercial property while providing strategic advice on lease events and acquisitions.

His work includes marketing commercial properties, identifying buyers and tenants, negotiating transactions and delivering commercially focused advice to achieve the best outcomes for clients.

Joe has been involved in a number of successful transactions, including:

• Letting and negotiating a significant office building to a national nursery operator.
• Completing the sale of an industrial unit at Broadfield Close, Croydon, after successfully remarketing the property when the original purchaser withdrew.
• Acting on lease renewals, rent reviews and acquisitions for Papa Johns across its nationwide property portfolio.

Outside work, Joe enjoys spending time outdoors and is a keen sports enthusiast, particularly golf and rugby.
