Jonathan Sharp

Since becoming a member of the RICS in 2017, Jonathan has undertaken valuations on behalf of several major banks and private clients in single lots and portfolios, for both acquisition and re-financing purposes across all the main property sectors in the UK, including residential.

This includes investment properties of a single or multi-let use and development properties of a single or mixed-use nature, as well as owner-occupied properties. In addition, he is a RICS Registered Valuer.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with friends and family as well as travelling abroad when possible. Jonathan also has a particular interest in Japanese history and culture.
