Laura Haleem

Laura is a RICS Registered Valuer who joined Vail Williams in 2022, having previously worked at Lambert Smith Hampton for over 8 years.

She is an experienced valuer of commercial and residential property and is responsible for carrying out Red Book valuations for both, across the Thames Valley.

Her valuation experience spans a range of office, industrial and retail property. She also carries out residential development appraisals for both purpose-built schemes and office-to-residential conversion through Permitted Development Rights (PDR).

Throughout her career, Laura has worked with a range of clients, including a mix of High Street banks and specialist lending institutions, as well as pension funds and private companies requiring company accounts valuations.

She gained her MSc in Real Estate in 2010 from Bayes Business School and went on to achieve her APC whilst working in Lease Consultancy undertaking rent reviews, lease renewals and regears for Royal Bank of Scotland across their retail and office portfolio. She is an experienced APC supervisor.

Outside of work, Laura spends her time with her husband and two young children.  As a family, they like to go on long walks with their Golden Retriever, exploring the countryside and National Trust gardens.  At home, she loves to cook and enjoys trying out new recipes – even the dog gets a plate!
