Leanne Conroy

Leanne joined Vail Williams in 2011 and is a commercial property agent, specialising in the disposal of office and industrial premises along the M27 corridor from Portsmouth through to Southampton.

Having worked in the commercial property industry for over 14 years, she has particular expertise in advising on commercial property sales, with additional experience in commercial property to buy.

As part of her role, Leanne is responsible for inspecting premises and using her expert knowledge of the property market to research and provide sound property marketing advice to clients.

She undertakes all marketing initiatives, dealing with every stage of the process from initial property inspection, preparation of marketing particulars and applicant handling, to negotiating between parties, producing heads of terms and seeing the transaction through to completion.

Leanne is an avid netball player and has been competing in local leagues since the age of 9. She likes taking part in other sports too including running, swimming and squash. She also enjoys any work out video by the fitness guru, Shaun T.

When she’s not running around after a ball, she enjoys spending quality time at the park with her partner and daughters.
