––Lisa joined Vail Williams in 2021 as a projects coordinator to support our property valuation team, having previously worked as a senior leader in secondary education.
Throughout her lengthy career in the education sector working in local authority run schools and academies, Lisa has developed in-depth project management experience working in an ever-changing educational landscape.
She brings this experience to bear in her role as a projects coordinator, where her efficiency and pragmatic, organised approach to work will be invaluable to our busy property valuation team.
Lisa has now expanded her role as a People Development Manager to assist in the wellbeing and careers of the Vail Williams employees.
Outside of work, Lisa spends her spare time with her family and friends, and is an instructor with the local Sea Cadet Corps.
