Maria joined Vail Williams in 2022 as a partner in our busy agency team, bringing with her over 30 years’ experience in commercial property.

Throughout this time, she has dealt with the acquisition and disposal of industrial and office property on behalf of owners and occupiers across the Thames Valley and M4/M3 corridor.

Based in Woking, Maria will be supporting clients in the acquisition and disposal of commercial property across the Surrey and Thames Valley regions.

She is experienced in acting for retained clients on a national basis, including representing clients such as SEGRO on their office portfolio, LaSalle Investment Management on disposals in various locations, Bishops Move on a nationwide basis and Next on 15 acquisitions and disposals.

In a previous role Maria was also seconded to Heathrow Airport Ltd and has in-depth knowledge of the Heathrow location in general.

In her own time, Maria enjoys travelling, playing acoustic guitar and has a keen interest in cooking. She also participates and organises various charity events.
