For the last 25 years, Matt has worked within multi-disciplinary design consultancies delivering projects for clients across a number of sectors including: defence, education, healthcare, rail, leisure, commercial and residential.

The type of project work Matt has been involved with has been wide and varied from new build developments to the refurbishment of existing buildings to provide teaching spaces, office space, conference and exhibition facilities and even a dismounted close combat training facility. Matt was called upon to survey and report on high rise buildings shortly after the Grenfell disaster and most recently has completed a project to replace the iconic sentry boxes at Buckingham Palace, Tower of London and St James’s Palace.

Matt is a married father of two and enjoys playing football twice a week and is a FA Level 1 football coach for Rotherfield United under 18s, which takes up a surprising amount of his spare time!
