Michael Stuart-Jones

Michael joined Vail Williams in 2024 as a Database Manager and is responsible for the coordination and loading of new client data into our proprietary database.

A stickler for detail, Michael ensures that all data is uploaded, updated and maintained in line with GDPR standards.

Michael also provides support to our busy Occupier Advisory team across all our offices, as well as engaging externally with clients.

As part of his role, Michael plays an ambassadorial role in using and promoting our information technology and database both internally and externally, and forms a vital part of the team responsible for ensuring that it operates seamlessly for the business.

His previous experience which has seen him take responsibility for over 1,000 clients, and train over 280 new hires on company credo, product, processes, installations, SVT, Tools and Sales methodology events, will be invaluable as he supports our people to use technology within our business.

Micheal believes that trust and communication are vital to the successful management of relationships with our customers, and this is a core focus for him, in his role with us.

Michael is a huge fan of food, particularly stir frys and in his own time, he loves to visit old pubs with a bit of history behind them. His favourite place, and potential location to retire to, is Dubai – he loves the heat!
