Nick Dannheimer

Nick is a RICS Registered Valuer who undertakes valuations on behalf of a range of UK banks for acquisition and refinancing, relating to both single lots and portfolios. This work covers retail, offices, and industrial, as well as residential, and includes both investment and owner-occupied properties. In addition, Nick undertakes valuations for private clients, for purposes including internal management, company accounts, SIPP administration, and probate.

Prior to his valuation role, Nick advised clients in respect of their rent reviews and lease renewals, undertaking negotiations on their behalf to achieve the best possible results, with clients including Capita, Tesco, Santander, Telereal Trillium, and Sue Ryder.

In his spare time Nick enjoys spending time with friends and his young family, and enjoys reading. A former fitness addict, he occasionally manages to find the time to head out on a run.
