Richard has worked for Vail Williams for over 23 years.
He has spent a number of those years undertaking acquisition and disposal work a variety of clients.
More recently, Richard has undertaken the internal auditing of Vail Williams’ client facing work.
He now works closely with both the lease advice and acquisition and disposal teams to identify lease events where Vail Williams can assist both existing and new clients in their lease renewals, restructures, rent reviews, breaks and relocations.
