Rob has over 22 years’ Facilities Management experience built up across various sectors including, mobile telecommunications, automotive and property sector, primarily in the M3, M4 and M40 corridors.

He is responsible for a portfolio of multi-let, mixed use, commercial properties, including offices, retail and industrial.

Rob understands the importance of, and has experience in the role of Facilities Management, both from the perspectives of an occupier and landlord as well as a managing agent and is an associate member of Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management and is IOSH Managing Safety qualified.

His key strength is in building solid relationships with occupiers and clients, endeavouring to fully understand their needs in order to provide the best possible service.

Over the years, Rob has worked for the Royal Bank of Scotland, Unipart, Vodafone, MEPC, Knight Frank, Nelson Bakewell and CBRE and is particularly proud of developing the sustainable transport initiatives for MEPC, a leading British-based property investment and development business.

In his spare time Rob likes to spend as much time as possible with his wife and daughters and relaxes by drawing and painting.
