––Sarah joined Vail Williams as a Graduate within Planning Consultancy after completing her Diploma in Urban Planning and Development and Degree in Real Estate from the University of Reading.
Sarah has worked on a wide variety of projects during her time at Vail Williams including a number of projects for the provision of new healthcare facilities and associated parking located within the Green Belt. Sarah has also dealt with a range of residential projects including conversions through the General Permitted Development Order, town centre brownfield developments and suburban greenfield developments. Sarah has also worked closely with the Vail Williams development and valuation departments to provide comprehensive advice on viability and negotiations on affordable housing provision and planning obligations.
