Tim Hackett

Tim is a property valuation expert who joined Vail Williams in 2021 after spending over 15 years at Scanlans Consultant Surveyors in Birmingham.

He is responsible for providing property valuations for retail, office and industrial and residential property, with specialist expertise in the valuation of doctor and dental surgeries.

Tim also provides valuation advice for lending and investment purposes to a variety of lenders and private clients, as well as property rental and Pension Fund valuations. In recent years, has undertaken a significant number of valuations of Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs).

In his spare time, Tim enjoys horse riding with the family and watching his two sons play football and cricket at the weekends. Along with his sons, Tim is a season ticket holder at West Bromwich Albion.

He spends the rest of his time looking after the family’s various animals and pets, including horses, sheep, cats, dogs, a chameleon, bearded dragon and tortoise!
