Toby Orpen-Palmer

Toby joined Vail Williams in 2020 and is based in our London Office, where he is responsible for supporting the building consultancy team.

As part of his role, Toby supports the team with project administration work, assists in the preparation of schedules of condition, specifications of work, schedules of dilapidations and planned property maintenance.

Toby also supports the building consultancy team in project monitoring building developments for banks and other investment institutions and has assisted in the specification, design budgeting and feasibility of building and office refurbishments, as well as roofing projects in London.

A major part of Toby’s role includes agreeing the programming and specification of contractor works and reporting on their progress.

His experience has included:

• Supporting the project administration of internal and external refurbishments of a small office building.
• Supporting the project administration of the demolition of a small industrial building.

In his spare time, Toby enjoys hiking and cycling.
