Varun-Dev Gudka

Varun-Dev joined Vail Williams in 2024 as a Partner in the Valuation & Advisory team from Knight Frank where he spent over five years working in commercial valuation. Prior to that he worked at Allsop for 4 years.

Based at our London office, Varun-Dev brings with him experience in property valuation and an enthusiasm for business development spanning all commercial and mixed-use property sectors.

In his role at Vail Williams, Varun-Dev is responsible for growing the firm’s valuation offering in London in collaboration with the firms’ other service lines.

His client base includes clearing and private banks, challenger lenders, Receivers, property funds, asset managers, family offices and private investors.

Prior to becoming chartered, Varun-Dev gained valuable experience in residential agency and commercial asset management and auction trading.

Outside of work, he enjoys playing a range of racket sports as well as watching football and cricket. His love for swimming and cycling has led him to sign up to his first triathlon. Other pastimes include chasing Bobbi (the family cockapoo), playing snooker, tinkering with his beloved 1994 Honda Civic Coupé and travelling – recent adventures have included touring Texas on a Harley Davidson, multiple trips to India, exploring the pyramids and temples in Egypt and his first-ever skiing trip!
