Ensuring the successful delivery of a project can be complex, involving the management of multiple stakeholders, consultants, contractors and staff.

We work with developers, owner occupiers, tenants and funders, to deliver a wide range of commercial projects across the UK, from fit out projects to multi-million pound new build developments, including distribution facilities, industrial and office premises, major retail outlets and parks, medical facilities and build to rent accommodation.

Drawing on a team of over 20 RICS-qualified project managers based across the UK, we will work closely with you to achieve your project objectives, managing the demands of your scheme from start to finish.

Vail Williams delivered our £4.5m relocation project within our 5 month timeline on budget. They managed the whole process from design and tender to snagging in a thorough and professional manner, keeping us informed at all times and we have developed a strong working relationship.

Our approach to the project management of your scheme is always consistent in its application, managing cost, quality and risk, to deliver consistently successful project outcomes.

We like to work as an extension of your own organisation, to develop a detailed understanding of the requirements of your project, and enable us to develop a brief and scope of services to reflects these.

Your best interests will be represented every step of the way, from scope definition, design and specification, through to procurement, contractual arrangements and delivery.

Should your project start to veer off-track from a delivery or cost perspective, we will work with you and the wider delivery team of consultants and contractors, to get things back on programme and budget.
