Vail William celebrates a Hat-trick at South Coast Property Awards
Vail Williams last night scooped a hat-trick of industry awards at the South Coast’s largest property event.
Lush deal
Handmade cosmetics retailer Lush has leased two units at Fleets Corner Business Park, Poole, totalling 103,000 sq ft. Property consultancy Vail Williams acted for Lush. Goadsby and JLL acted for the landlord, Hermes. Bryony Solan, an Associate at property consultancy Vail Williams, covering Dorset from the firm’s Bournemouth office.
Three new units under offer at Bedrock Park
Bedrock Park is a new scheme of industrial/warehouse/trade units at Ferndown Industrial Estate, Wimborne, near Bournemouth. The 26-unit scheme is a speculative development by Northwood Urban Logistics, with three units already under offer. Vail Williams is the scheme’s joint marketing agents with DTRE.
