Wing let by Vail Williams at refurbished offices near Southampton

A wing on the ground floor of two-storey Hounsdown House at Hounsdown Business Park, on the western outskirts of Southampton, has been let by property consultancy Vail Williams. Of the four wings, three are now occupied, with the fourth available to let. Vail Williams has also been awarded the property asset management contract for the 14,000 sq ft purpose-built office building.
