A market leader in event productions has landed new headquarters on the Hampshire-Dorset border following an off-market deal by property consultancy Vail Williams.
Brighter Productions, currently based in Ferndown, East Dorset, acquired two warehouses at the former Ringwood Brewery in Mansfield Road, Ringwood, which will be refurbished by the company.
The 1.9-acre brewery premises were sold by Carlsberg Britic to Pennyfarthing Homes, which will redevelop the site into its own headquarters.
Pennyfarthing sold on two warehouses through Vail Williams to Brighter Productions.
Bryony Thompson, a partner at the Bournemouth office of Vail Williams, said: “Brighter Productions was on the search for a new headquarters near the thriving town of Ringwood – we identified two warehouses at the former brewery which would be ideal.
“Pennyfarthing Homes contacted me to advise that they were buying the site, requesting advice on the two warehouses which were surplus to their requirements, and we agreed the off-market sub-sale to Brighter Productions from there.”
Sean Tompkins, a director at Brighter Productions, said: “We are thrilled to be moving into such a unique and characterful location in the new year.
“This move marks a huge step forward for us, giving our growing team the space we need to think bigger, do more and continue delivering the creative work our clients know us for.
“We’re especially proud that this investment keeps us close to our roots, supporting the local community and breathing new life into a site that’s been such a big part of the town’s history.
“Finding a space that matches both our creative energy and our ambitions for growth has been a long time coming – we can’t wait to make this new site our home.
“Pennyfarthing’s vision for the redevelopment is inspiring, and we are excited to be part of the next chapter for this site.”
With extensive experience in the event production industry, Brighter’s portfolio showcases a history of successful, high-impact events – in-person or virtually.
Through dedication and expertise, the company has built long-lasting relationships with some of the world’s biggest brands.
The former brewery site has more than 36,000 sq ft of buildings and car parking, with Pennyfarthing expanding beyond its current base in New Milton, nearly 13 miles away.
