Vail Williams LLP is a leading real estate adviser with more than 170 staff across 6 regions. Continued growth and an ever-expanding client base have created exciting opportunities in our Building Consultancy team.
Opportunities have arisen across our Building Consultancy team for experienced and highly motivated individuals. There is scope for new team members in Birmingham, London and the South Coast.
The successful candidates will have excellent career development opportunities, and be involved in all aspects of commercial Building Surveying, joining the successful and growing Building Consultancy team. An outgoing personality is key as you will be expected to work closely with colleagues in both Building Consultancy and other disciplines. Our clients are a diverse and interesting mix of private companies, PLCs, and public sector bodies. The work is varied and interesting and ranges from surveys and schedules, through to contract administration, project management and dilapidations.
You will be organised and motivated, needing no direct supervision with a proven track record in commercial building surveying/project management.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be a Chartered Surveyor with a minimum of 3 years PQE
- Demonstrate a good level of understanding and experience in the local market
- Be a confident business developer with existing and new clients
