Nominated by our peers, the awards celebrate excellence and major achievements in the property sector, highlighting companies and schemes that are at the forefront of innovation, design excellence and commercial success.
An independent panel of expert judges reviewed the entries and shortlisted us in two categories – Agency Team of the Year, and the Property Deal of the Year, where two of our property deals have been cited.
The first transaction was the biggest industrial deal in Crawley in 2021, where we acted for landlord Nuveen Real Estate to bring UK’s biggest supplier of gift and wine packaging, Wine Box Company, to Gatwick’s most established industrial estate at Manor Royal.
The second was the brokering of a deal which saw the sale of the former Gatwick Coach Centre at Old Brighton Road to DTZ Investors for an undisclosed sum.

The winners will be unveiled at a Gala Dinner on 14 July 2022.
