We were delighted to host a day out at Bournemouth Air Festival which several of our clients joined us for – including Lush, Northwood, Harland Developments and Ilchester Estates to Steele Raymond, Sovereign Housing Association, Morgan Sindall, Assetz Capital, Bowl Central and Faithful & Gould.

It was an important opportunity for us to thank you all for the continued support of our clients in the Dorset region, as well as enabling us to welcome several new clients to the firm, all whilst enjoying a sense of networking normality for a change! Thank you to all those who attended, it was a great opportunity to catch up with you all.

Buoyant markets

As we look ahead to the next six months, we are excited about what the commercial property market will bring for our occupier, investor and developer clients based in Dorset, or who are active here.

Based on what we have seen over the past six months, during which time we have transacted on over 165,000 sq ft of industrial deals across the region, there is a lot to be confident about.

Opportunity for occupiers, investors and landlords abounds in the region, as the industrial market here continues to go from strength to strength.

And with a pipeline of some 200,000 sq ft of high-quality industrial supply in the pipeline, including Bedrock Park and Westcroft Business Park, which we are delighted to be marketing on our clients’ behalf, the industrial property market looks bright.

Whilst office supply in Dorset remains tight, the market is stirring, and the forward-thinking investor and developer is already refurbishing stock to bring back to market to meet the growing demand for modern office space here – including from ourselves.

Growing to meet your needs

In response to this evolving market and our growing client base here, we continue to invest in our team, and have welcomed commercial property expert, Bryony Solan and projects coordinator Lisa Deas in recent months, as well as existing Vail Williams expertise in the form of planning expert Ben Christian, and building consultancy associate, Nick Miles.

As a leading commercial agent in Bournemouth, Vail Williams now provides a full-service property advisory service from our offices in Bournemouth, designed to meet the lifecycle of your property needs – whether you are an occupier, investor, developer or landlord.

So, as we focus on the next six months, we look forward to bringing this expertise to bear, both for existing clients as well as new.

If you would like to speak to a member of the Bournemouth team about your property needs in the region, don’t hesitate to get in touch.
