Property consultancy Vail Williams is strengthening its operations in Surrey, the Thames Valley and Oxford with a new head of transactions, two appointments and a more collaborative working arrangement between the firm’s regions.
Partner Maria Hoadley now leads the firm’s agency transactional team across the neighbouring regions.
Operating across the Woking, Reading and Oxford offices, Maria, who joined Vail Williams in 2022, has extensive Thames Valley, M4/M3 corridor and Heathrow commercial property experience.
She said: “We are starting to look at things a little differently in order to play to our strengths. In practical terms it means more cross-border working between Thames Valley and Oxford and Surrey.
“We now have the resources in place to re-evaluate the way we operate and utilise our expertise where it is most needed across the nearby regions to bolster our service offering for the benefit of our valued clients.”
Luke Storey, who has joined the firm as an associate based in the Surrey Agency team, specialises in commercial property agency and has more than 10 years’ regional experience in advising clients on leasehold and freehold disposals, voids, acquisitions, and strategic business advice.
He is adept in delivering a tactical approach to real estate agency through effective property marketing campaigns which deliver strong return on investment for clients through re-branding properties, and tailoring marketing initiatives for estates and individual properties.
Luke has worked with several landlord and investors clients including: DTZ Investment Management, Legal & General, IPIF, CBRE Global Investors, Barratt London, The Northumberland Estate, and Brentford FC among other leading companies, corporates, funds and property investors.
Even with the recruitment of Luke, Vail Williams will continue to build on their agency and capital market successes this year with a desire to further grow their agency in Oxford and Reading over coming months as they continue to challenge the traditional market practices.
