Ed has nearly 40 years’ experience in managing commercial properties for pension funds and private clients.
Ed was Head of Management at JLL Southampton for 8 years and Head of Management at BNPPRE Southampton for 4 years. Ed has previously acted for Aviva, Hendersons, Standard Life, Aberdeen Asset Management and CCLA.
The majority of Ed’s work is providing asset management advice to investors and developers across the South Coast. The properties he manages varies from single let buildings to multi-let offices and industrial units and retail parks.
Experience
- A 22,000 sq ft multi-let office building in Ocean Village, Southampton
- Retail parks spanning from Manchester to Farnborough and the Isle of Wight
- Provided service charge consultancy advice to a national developer of brand new industrial estates across the South of England, securing the management instructions
- Working with multiple clients spanning over 15 years on their property portfolios since moving from Central London to the South Coast
Away from the office, Ed plays competitive squash and taking his dog for walks.
