Realised property assets for UK lenders

Our people, your partners

Our team is made up of a founding member and past Chair of nara (The Association of Property and Fixed-Charge Receivers), as well as the current Vice Chair, so you can take comfort in working with true experts in this complicated area of the law.

Our relationship with you, the lender, is paramount and we invest a great deal in building a good understanding of your case, before assessing the property or portfolio in question to determine the most appropriate strategy to recover the debt owed.

We do this in a variety of ways to maximise the realisation of assets – whether by selling the property / portfolio and/or by collecting the rental income from it.

Our service is partner-led, allowing us to combine a unique problem-solving ability with in-depth experience gained throughout several UK recessions, so there is very little that we have not already seen.

It is also totally bespoke and tailored to your needs, because our LPA Receivers understand that each and every lender we work with is different, with varying reporting requirements.

The key personnel are very hands on.

Bank of Ireland

As Vail Williams is a full-service property firm, our LPA Receivers draw upon expertise from across our business to inform your case, including property valuation and lease advice, as well as development expertise.

We also work seamlessly with a team of external trusted advisors, including solicitors, independent disposal experts and insurers, to ensure you receive best-in-class advice.

An experienced, highly professional and dedicated approach.
