A speculative development of industrial, logistics and trade counters in East Dorset is nearer to calling full house following three new lettings.
The hat trick of deals at Bedrock Park by property consultancy Vail Williams and Goadsby, for developer Northwood Urban Logistics, means the estate is now 86% let.
Only six units remain available at Bedrock Park, located at Vulcan Way, Ferndown Industrial Estate, Wimborne.
Unit 9 at 4,292 sq ft has been let to Lead Windows, which designs, repairs and restores traditional leaded and stained-glass windows, unit 11 at 4,275 sq ft to Reheat Aero and unit 21 at 4,668 sq ft to an aerospace manufacturing company.
Reheat Aero is a maintenance, repair and operations and aftermarket provider for aircraft galley equipment and cabin interior products.
Bryony Thompson, a Vail Williams partner working out of the firm’s Bournemouth office, said: “The letting to Reheat Aero is due to expansion, as the occupier is already in adjoining unit 11a.
“With the latest trio of lettings, Bedrock Park is 86% let, with only six units remaining. Demand stands testament to the adage of ‘build and they will come’.”
Occupiers at Bedrock Park include Trade Counter Mate, a supplier of windows, doors and roofing systems to the trade in the south of England.
Other brands which have moved into the new units are Breeze VW (Ducati), Careco, South Coast Traffic Management, Leader Belting and Grosvenor Carpets.
Five larger warehouse and logistics buildings, units 13 to 17, are all let; occupiers include Bunzl, Look Space, HDM Solar and Glow Green.
Occupiers also include Anniversary House, a manufacturer and distributor of cake decorations and baking accessories, and logistics and transport company Pluk Group.
There are 26 light industrial and warehouse units, ranging from 2,689 sq ft to 33,692 sq ft
Vail Williams and Goadsby are joint letting agents of Bedrock Park.

The 187,528 sq ft scheme officially opened three years ago.
There are just six units left, all EPC A rated, which are available leasehold.

At 4,295 sq ft, unit 7 is high-bay trade/industrial unit with a fitted first floor office.
Units 18, 20 and 21, all high-bay industrial units, also with first floors, can be rented separately or together – they are 4,102 sq ft, 3,975 sq ft and 4,668 sq ft respectively.
